Why are bottle caps made of thin aluminum strips? For the strips have excellent performances in moisture resistance, air insulation and freshness keeping. Specifically thin aluminum strips have the following advantages as a raw material for bottle caps.

First, the strips applied in bottle caps are of superior quality, nontoxic material and proper hardness. The caps will not get rusty or pollutes food inside bottles. They can be removed directly, and once removed, they get deformed. Thus the caps are disposable actually, and it’s almost impossible for someone to open the bottle, put something (drugs, for example) in and cap the bottle as it was sealed originally. When an aluminum cap is made, the stainless steel pellets can be made to withstand high temperature, water resistance, alcohol resistance, etc. According to customer requirements, and the pattern design can adopt color printing, convex characters and milling. When the aluminum strip stock is made into aluminum caps, the inner pad of a cap is made of special epoxy material with advanced production technology, which brings about excellent tightness and a larger surface, making it more convenient to print logos and patterns that adds value to the bottled food.
