Second, our production line works directly with aluminum rolls until they become circles, avoiding traditional vertical and horizontal cutting steps. High precision control system guarantees that the planned distance between circles from a same piece of sheet is kept as small as possible. Reduction in waste material means improvement in raw material usage rate. Fourth, the production line boasts high efficiency. It produces 56 pieces a minute. When the module needs to be switched, the time can be controlled within a quarter. Last but not least, Haomei aluminum circle production line provides high quality aluminum discs of extensive size scope. The diameter can be as big as 749mm.
