Pure Aluminum Sheet

The pure aluminum sheet is named compared with alloy aluminum sheet product, which is cheap and easy processing. 1000 series pure aluminum sheet product is one of the aluminum sheet plate series that we often use. The aluminum sheet product of this series has a purity of more than 99%. It has good elongation and tensile strength, good plasticity, corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity. Among them, Si and Fe are the main elements. 1100, 1100A, 1120, 1275 pure aluminum sheet contain 0.05%~0.20% of Cu, 1275 aluminum alloys have a high copper content of 0.10%, and 1300 aluminum alloys contain 0.20% to 0.50% of Zn. The copper element usually reduce the corrosion resistance of aluminum sheet, but the amount is small. When the corrosion type is basically normal corrosion, pitting corrosion is greatly reduced, although the amount of corrosion has increased, but the damage is delayed, and the diffusion of zinc to the surface of aluminum has the same effect. 1050 and 1060 are relatively common grades in 1000 series pure aluminium sheet, and their temper is generally H24. Different specifications and statuses of pure aluminum sheet can be customized according to the different needs of customers.

1000 series pure aluminum sheet are currently widely used and cost-effective aluminum plates. For most industries, they do not require too high performance requirements. Ans also, the price of 1000 series is the lowest among the 8 series of aluminum sheet. Therefore, the 1000 series aluminum sheet plate is called a perfect substitute for traditional iron, stainless steel and other materials.
