Application of poly aluminum trim coil

The poly aluminum trim coil is obtained by coating a hot-dip galvanized sheet, a hot-dip aluminum-zinc plate or an electro-galvanized sheet with one or several layers of paint which are then baked and cured. Because of this it is also known as the color coated aluminum coil. In addition to protecting the aluminum layer, the coating on the aluminum layer also serves to cover and protect the aluminum plate from rusting, and the service life is about 1.5% of the galvanized steel strip.

The poly aluminum trim coil is light in weight, beautiful in appearance, good in corrosion resistance and can be directly processed. Its colors are generally divided into gray, sea blue and brick red. The coil is mainly used in advertising, construction, home appliances, electrical appliances, furniture, transportation and other industries. Specifically speaking, the main application scope of poly coil aluminum trim is as follows.

1. Single-layer back paint is corrosion-resistant and scratch-resistant, but it has good adhesion and is mainly used for sandwich panels.

2. The back paint has good corrosion resistance, scratch resistance and processability. It has good adhesion and is suitable for single-layer shaped plates and sandwich panels.

3. Double-layer back paint has good corrosion resistance, scratch resistance and formability. A poly aluminium trim coil with double coating is used for single-layer laminates, and it is not suitable for sandwich panels due to poor adhesion.
