New Order of 3000 Series Aluminum Circle Disc

Haomei recently received a new order of 3000 series aluminum circle disc from Vietnam. The client is a cookware manufacturer, producing pans, strainers, pots, pressure cookers, basins etc. China is a big raw material supplier for them. Contacting us about two month ago, they were greatly impressed by our professionalism and soon asked for samples that were sent soon afterwards. After a careful checking and testing, they finally put a 30-ton order.

The 3000 series aluminum circle disc is among our main products. We supply aluminium discs of diameter from 20mm to 1200mm and thickness from 0.4mm to 5mm. Alloy include 1050, 1060, 1070, 1100 and 3003. Tempers are mainly O, H12 and H14. Our 3000 series aluminum circle disc is featured by high precision, extreme flatness and smooth edges. The circles are applied widely in production of cookware, lighting reflectors and other products. They have medium strength and are perfect for deep drawing process with low earring rates. The surface can be polished to improve brightness and reflectivity, or anodized and coated to enhance decorative effect.
