Logo printed 2214 aluminum circle disc is a copper alloyed aluminium with a copper content from 3% to 5%. It’s a heat treatable aluminium alloy with a long history. Known as a kind of aerospace alloy, 2214 boasts high hardness, good heat treatment performance and light weight. The 2214 aluminum alloy is both a hard aluminum alloy and a wrought aluminum alloy in terms of composition. Compared with 2A50, it has higher copper content, hardness and thermal strength., used in applications requiring high strength and hardness (including high temperature), such as heavy aircraft, forgings, thick plates and extruded materials, wheels and structural elements, multi-stage rocket fuel tank and spacecraft parts, truck frame and suspension system parts, and so on.

Solution treatment temperature: 500 ℃ ~ 510 ℃.
Cold processing material annealing range: 340 ℃ ~ 350 ℃.
Annealing process of ogo printed 2214 aluminum paint circle disc
1) Homogenization annealing: heating 475 ~ 490 ℃; heat preservation 12 ~ 14h; furnace cooling.
2) Complete annealing: heating 350 ~ 400 ℃; depending on the effective thickness of the material, the holding time is 30 ~ 120min; at the speed of 30 ~ 50 ℃ / h, the furnace is cooled to 300 ℃, and then air-cooled.
3) Rapid annealing: heating 350 ~ 460 ℃; holding time 30 ~ 120min; air cooling.
4) Quenching and aging: quenching 495 ~ 505 ℃, water cooling; natural aging room temperature 96h.
While used as an aluminum paint disc, logo printed 2214 aluminum circle disc is usually applied in molds and parts for aircraft and vehicles, for which 2214 circle is not the only choice, though.
