An aluminum circle cutter is also known as a pivoting feeder, a stamping and feeding equipment or a servo automatic yaw feeder. Here let’s take the model of NZRF-1300 for example. This machine can produce aluminium circle 1050, 1060, 1070, 1100 and 3003. It deals with aluminium sheets of thickness between 0.3mm and 3.0mm, and width below 1800mm. The largest diameter of a finished aluminum circle by this cutter is 1000mm. In addition to aluminum wafers, NZRF-1300 is also perfect for fabrication of round sheets of steel, copper, specially alloys and bi-metals. It’s featured by high efficiency, big productivity, high precision, convenient stacking and fully automatic control.
This aluminum circle cutter has a high output because multiple shifts can be made. Calculated at 60° angle, each shift can save 7% of material. When the wafer sizes are not uniform, the arrangement angle can be changed according to the width of the material to enhance the material utilization rate. The cutter has such a high efficiency that the maximum speed per minute is 60 times. Its high precision lies in the fact that in the continuous stamping process, the minimum distance between two sides can be set within 0.5mm, and the movement error of each time can be kept under ±0.08mm. With a small flooring space and a low energy consumption, the cutter is so skillfully designed that aluminum round sheets punched off the original sheet drop automatically on the conveyor belt which sends them to the loading platform. Because the cutter is of fully automatic control, it needs only one operator to stand by the power cabinet for necessary input of operation program into the man-machine panel, and then the cutter will get into the task automatically.
