Embossed aluminum diamond checker plate roll

An embossed aluminum diamond checker plate roll is a skid-proof aluminum plate with a decorative function. It’s simply a diamond aluminum roll of a given thickness and width. Regular alloys of the roll supplied by Haomei include 1100, 1060, 3003, 5052, 5754, 6061, 6063 and 6082 etc. The maximum thickness of the roll is 8.0mm, but mostly less than 3mm. The width we supply is up to 1600mm. The pattern of diamond is as popular as the five-rib pattern in the aluminum industry. They share the same functions and are mature in production technology. The differences of embossed aluminum diamond checker plate rolls of varied alloys lie in hardness, corrosion resistance, elongation, weight bearing ability, bending rate and price. The 1100 and 1060 rolls are the weakest in hardness and corrosion resistance but advantageous in elongation and price. 3003, 5052 and 5754 are known as anti-rust alloys, and they are more expensive than 1000 series. 6061, 6063 or 6082 embossed aluminum diamond checker plate roll belongs to aluminum magnesium silicon alloy patterned aluminum plate series, which has higher hardness than 5052, 5083 and 5754 plate rolls. At the same time, due to the addition of silicon alloy, the wear resistance of this series of aluminum plates is better. The 6000 series of diamond aluminum plate rolls are applied to working platforms, ships, vehicles, buildings, especially in load-bearing platforms.

In addition, the diamond embossed aluminum checker plate rolls can be anodized, color coated and mirror finished, featured by good anti-oxidation property, light weight, strong plasticity, bright surface and beautiful appearance.
