An aluminium 5 bar tread plate is a light-weight metal sheet with a regular pattern of raised diamonds, available in 2mm, 3mm, 4.5mm and 6mm thick. Haomei supplies the maximum length of 16000mm and maximum width of 1650mm. The surface can be protected by anodizing or poly coating if you need.

How to choose a suitable specification for your desired aluminium checker plates?

Alloy: Our 5 bar aluminium checker plate wholesale falls on four main alloy series: 1xxx, 3xxx, 5xxx and 6xxx. The first three are the most frequently applied. The hardness and corrosion resistance of the four series get stronger successively. If you need only common performances, 1xxx or 3xxx alloys are enough. If you want the plates last longer as wall cladding or stair treads, you may want 5xxx and 6xxx alloys.

Pattern: five bar and 1 bar  for anti-slip purposes, dimaond, ripple and hammer for decoration or reflective purposes.
