5 bar aluminium checker plate

A 5 bar aluminium checker plate is also known as the aluminum checkered plate with 5 bar. “5 bar” refers to the aluminium chequered plate’s pattern consisting of five horizontal leaf-like prominent bars of the same shape, size and height. There are small 5 bar plates and large five bar plates. The difference lies in length and height of the bars. Small bars are 30mm long, and large bars 40mm. Lining up at an angle between 60 and 80, these bar groups create enormous friction force between the sheet surface and alien objects pressing on them. Because of this, the aluminium cheaquered plate 5 bar ranks top with 1 bar aluminum plates in anti-skid area.
