Aluminium circles grade 1100 is an ordinary industrial pure aluminum with 99.0% aluminum content. 1100 can not be strengthened by heat treatment, thus it has a very low strength. But as a cheap aluminium alloy, 1100 circles displays good ductility, formability, weldability and corrosion resistance. After anodic oxidation, it takes on a smooth bright surface with strengthened corrosion resistance. 1100 aluminium circles is generally used in utensils, heat sinks, bottle caps, printing boards, building materials, heat exchanger components, and deep drawing products. Its application scope ranges from cookware to industrial equipment.
