Color pure aluminum metal sheet roll

Haomei color pure aluminum metal sheet roll is of 1100, 1050, 1060 or 1070, applied to ceiling, name plates, solar collectors, curtain wall boards, composite panels, channel letters etc. Sometimes all these alloys are applicable to an application, and sometimes only one of them is suitable.

The ceiling color pure aluminium sheet roll cover all the four alloys, with tempers of H12, H14, H16, H18, H22, H24, H26, H32, H34, H36, H38, H44, H46, H48 etc. The thickness is 0.2mm to 1.2mm, width 10mm to 1800mm and inner diameter 150/300/400/500/505/508mm. The sheet roll for name plates is thicker, around 0.8mm to 2.0mm. Of any of the four alloys, it’s usually a long sheet or small roll of no more than 9500mm long. A solar collector aluminum panel is of 1050, 1060 or 1070, with tempers of H12, H14, H16, H22, H24, H32, H34, H36, H42, H44, H46 etc. It’s a colored aluminum sheet metal roll of less than 1.0mm thick and 150/300/400/500/505/508 big in coil ID. Of all these alloys, 1100 is the only one applied to curtain wall boards and aluminum composite panels. The temper for curtain wall color pure aluminum metal sheet rolls is H14 or H24, thickness 1.5mm to 3.0mm and width 300mm to 1700mm. Because of their special application, the rolls are much thicker than those of other applications. The composite panel color coated pure aluminum sheet roll is less than 0.5mm thick. The thickest is only 0.10mm. The width ranges supplied by Haomei include 1230mm, 1250mm, 1270mm and 1520mm. The channel letter aluminum sheet roll of pure aluminium is of 1050 or 1060 alloy of H24, H26 or H34. The thickness is 0.5mm, 0.6mm, 0.8mm or 1.0mm, width 30mm-500mm, and coil ID 150mm, 400mm or 500mm. This is actually a strip of a coated, brushed, anodized or mirrored surface.

The coatings for the color pure aluminium metal sheet rolls are PE and PVDF, with a coating thickness of 16-18um for one coat, 25-28um for two-coat, and 5-10um for back coat. The thickness and coat layer can be customized according to practical needs. All colors are available.
