Both hot rolled and cold rolled aluminium plates serve as raw materials. Tempers incorporate h12, h22, h14, h24, h32, T6, T4 etc. The plates, usually between 1.2mm and 8mm thick, are embossed by rollers with diamond patter first and then anodized in chemical solution. An anodized aluminium diamond plate can be applied to buildings, cars, coaches, buses, ships, boats, interior decoration and exterior decoration. In particular, it takes up a great share in furniture and home appliance, such as inner panels for fridges, air conditioner panels, train wall cladding, pipe wrapping, furniture frames, table leg cladding, door ornaments and so on.
