Aluminum circle color

Aluminum circle color used to be relatively one-fold: natural silver of aluminum, for aluminum discs were made into deep drawing products without decorative requirements. Nowadays, however, there are not only mill finish but also pre-painted aluminum circle sheet to cater for needs of high end cookware products and lamp covers.

The colors of aluminum circle is greatly enlarged in this way, including silver, red, black, blue and any other color you need actually, as the coating process is similar to that of color coated aluminum rolls. Based on paint types, they can be simply divided into: polyester (PE) and fluorocarbon (PVDF) coated aluminum circle discs. Of course, there are cases where one side is coated with fluorocarbon and the other side is coated with polyester; there are even cases where both sides are coated with fluorocarbon. Due to differences in processes, they can be divided into single coating (4μm-20 μm); double coating (25μm-28 μm) and 3 coating (35μm-38μm). In addition to single colors, patterns on the surface are developed, including wood grain, stone grain, brick pattern and even pictures if you’d like.

Second, they are not easy to change color. The roller paint contains active chemical molecules, which promotes a protective layer on the surface of the circle. Active chemical molecules are stable and easy to recycle, meeting environmental protection requirements. Third, the aluminum discs, especially those with color, show excellent corrosion resistance, because the tight oxide film on the surface has strong adhesion, oxidation resistance, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, decay resistance, and ultraviolet radiation resistance. Fourth, the color is uniform, permanent, even and delicate. It is soft and gorgeous, avoiding the individual color difference phenomenon of traditional spraying.
