Aluminum stage circle roof truss and aluminum circle

Although it contains the words of “aluminum circle”, an aluminum stage circle roof truss is different from an aluminum circle in almost every aspect: appearance, material and process.

The two differs obviously in appearance. An aluminum circle is a flat piece of round solid sheet, while an aluminum stage circle roof truss refers to a stage roof truss made of aluminium and of the shape of a circle. In other words, the latter is a structure of pieces of aluminum profiles (bars). Although both are made of aluminum, their are not of the same alloy. Aluminum circle discs are of 1050, 1060, 1070, 1100, 3003 and 5052 etc., while aluminum stage circle roof trusses are usually made of the 6061 t6 aluminium alloy. 6061 aluminum alloy is regarded as a kind of aviation aluminium, boasting a light weight, a strong corrosion resistance, a high hardness and a good welding effect. Its main alloys metals are magnesium and silicon. In addition to adding to hardness, these metals improve uniform level and anodizing effect of the alloy, too. These advantages make 6061 t6 aluminium the best candidate for an aluminum stage roof truss that is exposed to the attack of winds and rains. Last, the processes of aluminum circles and aluminum stage roof trusses vary, too. The process for aluminum wafers consists of melting, casting and punching. The process for a stage truss is a little more complicated. After melting and casting, aluminium bars are obtained, and these are further welded into a large circle structure.
