There are three kinds of alloy grades for pharmaceutical foil: 8011, 8021, and 1235. Pharmaceutical foil rolls are generally of soft O state. Some clients require 8011 of H18 state. The aluminium foil for medicine packaging is only tens of microns thick. Above 300mm, the inner diameter of the winding core is 76mm, the maximum outer diameter reaching 500mm, and the thickness tolerance no more than 5%. The result of the water brushing test is grade A.

The medicinal aluminum foil is mainly used for packaging medicines to protect medicines and improve the stability and reliability of medicines.

Gross weight of medicinal aluminum foil: gross weight of single box is 600-700 kg.

Net weight of medicine aluminum foil: net weight of single box is 500-600 kg.

Bottle Sealing Foil

The bottle seal tape aluminum foil is mainly used for beer bottle cap seal or beer trademark printing. The surface of the bottle cap sealing tape is smooth and no trace. The plate shape is flat, and the number of pinholes is small.

Appearance quality of aluminum foil for beer sealing: The aluminum foil is neat in cross-section, without cracks, clipped edges, burrs, loose curls, tower shapes, ruffles, etc.

A. The bottle sealing foil has no roller marks, black lines, highlights or wheel marks.

B. The surface of the bottle cap sealing tape is clean, without wrinkles, seams, scratches, bright and dark lines, rubber roller marks, vibration marks, diagonal lines, etc.

C. The flatness of the bottle seal tape surface is high and the number of pinholes is small.

D. The surface of the bottle cap seal foil is free of oil stickiness, yellow oil spots and blistering caused by the burning of lubricating oil.

Packaging:

Large roll packaging: the size is determined by the width and length of aluminium foil jumbo roll customized by per customer.

Wooden box packaging: wooden box approximate size: 1.4 meters long, 1.3 meters wide, and 0.8 meters high. The customer's requirements for aluminum foil width and roll diameter are the deciding factors for the size of the wooden box.
