A 400mm aluminum circle refers to a big round aluminum disc with a diameter of 400mm. There’s no limit to its thickness, alloy and temper here, thus it covers a wide range of specifications like below.
Grade: 1050 1060 1070 1100 3003 5052 5005
Temper: O, H12, H14, H16, H18, H22, H24, H26, H32 etc.
Thickness: 0.1mm-10mm
Diameter: 400mm
Application: kitchen utensils, cookware, lamp parts, highway traffic signs, batter housing etc.
The 400mm aluminum circles can be made into small basins, pots, lamp covers etc. The mechanical properties of these products vary with all elements of grade, temper and thickness. 1050, 1060, 1070 and 1100 aluminum circle sheets show the poorest corrosion resistance and hardness, simply because they contain the highest share of pure aluminium that is soft and vulnerable to corrosive chemicals. 3003, 5005 and 5052, on the other hand, own a small content of manganese or magnesium endowed with a natural resistance to rust. As for hardness, it gets stronger successively in the grade order above, under the condition that they are of the same temper and thickness. The temper level has the biggest influence on hardness of a circle. O is the softest, H1* strongest, and H2* and H3* softer than those of H1*. The influence of thickness on the hardness of an aluminum circle disc is obvious, too, especially when the change is huge. A 5mm circle proves to be much stronger than a 1mm one of the same temper and grade.
The price of 400mm aluminum circle sheets are not stable owing to their variation in specification as mentioned above. The 1060 aluminum circle price might be 2300 dollars per MT, yet the 5052 anodized alu circles might be 2800 and more. Thus if you need a specific price, please send detailed specifications and your contact ways!
